My reclaimed wood and burlap earring frame has been stellar for wrangling earrings. It’s perfect for quickly seeing my options when trying to finish off an outfit. What it couldn’t wrangle was my necklaces - those hung out in a tangled mess on top of my dresser. A quick 15 minute project fixed me up – and this necklace organizer is easy to make!
Cut an 8 inch piece of reclaimed or stained wood. Grab 4 basic 1 inch cup hooks.
Using a drill bit smaller than your cup hook screws, drill holes at the 1, 3, 5 and 7 inch marks.
Screw the cup hooks in the pre-drilled holes.
Hang using a sawtooth hanger or frame wire.
15 minutes (or less) later, and you’re ready to organize those necklaces and bracelets.
It’s my favorite kind of project – fast, useful, and easy!
